The TENANT has the right to unilaterally terminate this Agreement at any time by notifying the LANDLORD electronically via email at [email protected] about the termination of the Agreement. The Agreement will be terminated 1 (one) month after such notice is received from the TENANT.
When the TENANT unilaterally terminates the Agreement, they undertake to pay for the current rental month and, upon the expiration of the termination period, to vacate the STORAGE, leaving it empty.
